Top-up information/ lip check up –

If you are unable to attend your anti-wrinkle top up or lip check up we will require 48hours notice otherwise you will be charged £30 if you wish to make another top up/check up appointment. 

Booking Fees

All appointments require Non refundable booking fees. These are taken when you book

You are able to reschedule your appointment online using the booking system up to 48hours prior to your appointment.

If you fail to give 48 hours notice, you will lose your booking fee & you will be unable to reschedule your appointment. You will also be required to rebook a new appointment.

Late Policy

At our clinic majority of days we are fully booked with clients back to back so lateness can have a knock on effect for the whole day and disrupt other paying clients treatment times so with this in mind.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be cancelled. And they will be required to book a new appointment and pay a new booking fee.
